About Us Skill It Academy: Skill It Academy is a fast-growing EdTech company committed to making students industry-ready through practical, project-based learning. We're now looking for a passionate Full Stack Java Mentor to help us shape careers and transform learners into job-ready developers. --- Role & Responsibilities: Mentor students in Full Stack Java technologies. Clarify doubts and explain complex concepts in a simple way. Conduct live sessions/workshops on: Core & Advanced Java Spring Boot JavaScript & React DSA & System Design Guide students in building real-world portfolio projects. Assist in resume building and interview preparation. Monitor student progress and provide one-on-one support. Draft meaningful projects and collaborate on curriculum & content creation. Be a proactive problem solver for student technical queries. --- Requirements: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in: Java (Core & Advanced) Spring Boot JavaScript & React Data Structures & Algorithms Basic to Intermediate System Design Strong mentoring, communication, and teaching skills. Passion for helping students succeed in their careers. --- Bonus Points: Prior teaching, mentoring, or training experience.
