We are seeking a results-oriented Full Stack Growth Marketer to join our SriYatra team (Devotional Travel) in the exciting new business vertical stage. As the Growth Marketer, you will play a crucial role in cracking the Go-To-Market strategy for Sri Yatra. Your responsibilities will involve market analysis, experiment design, performance marketing management, content strategy, and driving growth on a Week on Week basis. This position requires you to think like an entrepreneur, taking full ownership of your tasks. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong bias for action. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing the devotional travel market to identify marketing gaps, designing and conducting multiple Go-To-Market experiments to gain quick insights, experimenting with various channels, content mediums, communication strategies, creatives, and products, running multiple experiments simultaneously, tracking and optimizing Contribution Margin 2 (CM2) to ensure sustainable growth investment, devising a category-defining content marketing strategy, and managing our performance marketing agency to maximize ROI and value. To qualify for this role, you must possess very strong First Principles thinking, proven experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, and performance marketing, a solid understanding of Go-To-Market strategies, experimentation, and performance tracking, strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making, as well as excellent communication skills. A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in growth marketing is required. In terms of culture fit, we are looking for individuals with a high level of agency and bias for action, who can identify and solve problems proactively.
