Job Description

Total Years of Experience: 6+ Years
Salary: 18 LPA
Location: Remote
Notice Period: Immediate-30 days
Interview Process: 2 or 3 Rounds of virtual interviews

In this role, you will:
Work on a wide range of problems within our core web application
Focus on solving problems from both the customer-facing and backend perspectives.
Gain a deep understanding of our product and become involved in driving out product implementation.
Join a rapidly growing technical team with the opportunity to take on both product and technical problems.

If you're right for this role, you:

• Have a strong understanding of core computer science principles.
• Have 6+ years of professional experience with at least one MVC web framework such as PHP Laravel
• 2+ years of experience in Frontend Web Technologies such as Vue.js framework.
• Have very strong backend systems experience and web application development experience.
• Have experience working on a high-scale or rapidly growing web application.
• Are comfortable in a fast-paced, pragmatic work environment.
• Comfortable working with front-end components
• Have experience working on a remote team.
• Have the ability to communicate your thought process in problem-solving, verbally and over Slack.
• Have a mindset towards high-quality output and attention to detail, comfortable being able to provide and receive feedback in code reviews.
• Work well in a remote, collaborative team environment
• Maintain a high level of empathy for the customer and their user experience.
• Possess an ability to follow through with tasks when assigned and communicate effectively when roadblocks occur.
• Must be able to flex at least 4 working hours to overlap with North American time zones; Preferably 9am - 1pm EST (US)
