Role Overview : As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining server-side logic, APIs, and databases. You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality backend solutions that support our AI-driven products. Key Responsibilities : Frontend Development : Design and implement user-friendly interfaces using React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Backend Development : Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, or Java. - Database Management : Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL. - Code Integration : Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes. - Collaboration & Support : Work closely with the product, design, and DevOps teams to deliver seamless application functionality. - Testing & Debugging : Write unit and integration tests using tools like Jest, Mocha, or PyTest. - Security Implementation : Follow best practices for data security and user authentication using JWT, OAuth, or similar protocols. - Continuous Improvement : Evaluate new technologies, frameworks, and tools to enhance product functionality and performance. Qualifications & Requirements : - Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience : Minimum 3+ years in a Backend Developer role, with experience in startup or fast-paced environments preferred. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java. - Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL. - Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes. - Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. - Familiarity with Ansible or Terraform. - Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger. Soft Skills : - Strong problem-solving ability, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
