Job Description
Noida 2+ Years As per the Company Standards Were seeking a hands-on engineer who thrives on shipping features end-to-end in a modern JavaScript/TypeScript environment. Youll own everything from pixel-perfect UIs in React to high-performance Node.js services, and youll round out your skill set with DevOps, AI/LLM experimentation and solid product-thinking. Expect to collaborate daily with designers, product managers and clients while upholding code quality and system reliability. Job Responsibilities Solution & data development Deliver production-ready code across the front end (React TypeScript, Next.js, Tailwind/Chakra) and back end (Node.js, Express/Nest, GraphQL/REST), plus database design and optimisation on MongoDB and PostgreSQL. DevOps & quality Automate build, test and deployment pipelines with GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps and Docker/Kubernetes. Champion unit/integration/E2E testing and observability (OpenTelemetry, Grafana). Required Skills Must-have skills & experience 2 years building web applications; proven delivery of at least one large MERN project in production. Deep knowledge of React, Node.js/Express, JavaScript & TypeScript; comfortable with SSR/ISR in Next.js. Strong data modelling and query skills in MongoDB (Aggregation Framework) and knowledge of PostgreSQL/ MS SQL Server. Good command of HTML5, responsive CSS, bootstrap/tailwind libraries, modern state-management (Redux/Zustand/Recoil) and component testing. CI/CD with GitHub Actions, Docker and at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP). Solid grasp of design patterns, microservices, REST API/GraphQL best practices, secure coding and performance tuning. Excellent verbal & written communication; able to explain trade-offs to technical and non-technical audiences. Nice-to-have Python (FastAPI) for micro-services or data pipelines. Experience crafting LLM prompts, familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant). Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor and GitHub Copilot. Strong eye for web design, accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and motion/interaction patterns. Exposure to serverless architectures (AWS Lambda, Azure Functions) and edge networks (Cloudflare).,
