Job Title: Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) Experience Required: 2+ Years Location: On-Site Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will be responsible for both front-end and back-end development, from conceptualizing to deploying fully functional solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain web applications using the MERN stack. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Debug and resolve technical issues across the stack. Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 2+ years of hands-on experience with the MERN stack. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and ES6+. Experience with database design and management using MongoDB. Expertise in building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express. Solid understanding of React.js and modern front-end development tools. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
