Role : Full Stack Developer - Lead Location: Coimbatore Experience: 4+ years About Us: Akkenna Animation and Technologies Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing tech solutions company, delivering innovative digital products, AI-driven solutions, and full-stack development services. Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with expertise in MERN stack and proficiency in AI tools. The ideal candidate should be able to lead client discussions, offer technical solutions, and manage end-to-end project development. Key Responsibilities: Architect, design, and develop scalable web applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js). Implement and integrate AI-based tools and automation solutions to enhance project outcomes. Collaborate with clients from Australia & the USA, ensuring technical expectations and business requirements are met. Lead technical discussions, solution design, and code reviews for high-quality project delivery. Work with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and optimize applications. Mentor junior developers and set best practices in coding, security, and scalability. Optimize application performance, troubleshooting technical issues proactively. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on MERN stack. Experience in AI integration (Chatbots, NLP, ML models, automation tools) is a plus. Proven expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and microservices architecture. Strong understanding of frontend performance optimization & UI/UX principles. Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud computing (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Experience with Version Control (Git, GitHub/GitLab) and agile methodologies. Excellent communication skills to handle international clients and their technical queries. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects. Preferred Skills (Added Advantage): Experience in Next.js, TypeScript, and serverless architectures. Hands-on experience with AI libraries like TensorFlow, OpenAI API, or LangChain. Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud automation.
