As a Full Stack Developer with over 8 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in architecting, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using a variety of technologies. Your responsibilities will encompass owning the backend design, optimizing databases, building complex APIs and microservices, and deploying applications on cloud platforms. Additionally, you will lead and mentor developers, drive projects end-to-end, and ensure the optimization of applications for performance, security, and scalability. To excel in this role, you should have a deep expertise in JavaScript frameworks such as Node.js, Next.js, React.js, and Express.js, along with a strong understanding of databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL, and caching techniques using Redis. Your experience in deploying and managing applications on AWS or GCP cloud platforms, designing complex APIs and algorithms, and demonstrating strong problem-solving and debugging skills will be essential. Leadership skills including mentoring, team management, and project execution, as well as familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture are also key requirements. Bonus skills that would be advantageous include experience with Java, Go-lang, proficiency in GraphQL, and knowledge of DevOps and infrastructure management.
