Role Description

?     Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience may be considered.

?     Programming Skills: Proficiency in multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, or C#. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is essential. Familiarity with back-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails) is also required.

?     Database Knowledge: Experience with both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). Understanding of database design, query optimization, and data modeling is necessary.

?     Server-side Development: Solid understanding of server-side languages and frameworks. Ability to develop RESTful APIs, implement server-side logic, and handle authentication and authorization processes.

?     Front-end Development: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is crucial. Familiarity with front-end frameworks/libraries, responsive design principles, and cross-browser compatibility is required. Experience with CSS preprocessors (e.g., Sass, Less) and front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp) is advantageous.

?     Version Control: Proficient in using version control systems like Git. Understanding of branching, merging, and code repository management.

?     Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze complex issues, debug code, and provide efficient solutions.

?     Software Development Lifecycle: Familiarity with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience in working within a development team using collaborative tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack).

?     Testing and Debugging: Experience in writing unit tests and conducting debugging to ensure software quality and stability. Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools) is beneficial.

?     Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients. Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

?     Continuous Learning: Eagerness to stay updated with emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in full-stack development. Willingness to learn new languages, frameworks, and tools as needed.

?     Portfolio and Experience: Demonstrable experience in developing and deploying web applications. A portfolio of past projects or contributions to open-source projects is highly valued.
