As a potential candidate for the position, you must possess the following key skills, experience, and educational qualifications: You should have experience in Operations or Supply Chain, specifically in areas such as Order Management which includes Order planning, Order processing/execution, Order triaging, and Order Tracking. Additionally, knowledge or experience working with SQL and Dash-boarding technologies would be considered an added advantage as a nice-to-have. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience is required for this role. This role involves attention to detail in various areas: - Receiving requests for additional capacity from partner teams and reviewing the feasibility of landing additional resources. - Executing order processing and execution tasks, which includes order submission, order triaging, and order tracking. You should be proficient in submitting orders and effectively triaging any blockers that may arise. - Collaborating with Cloud Fulfillment planners for the hand-off of order planning and execution, sharing details of blockers, triaging issues, and unblocking any obstacles. - Following up on orders that are infeasible or declined to understand the reasons behind such decisions and suggesting alternative solutions. - Following up on bugs and emails that request updates on orders. - Ensuring data completeness and updating templates to prepare for order approvals. - Executing mdb transfers for machines in free state in cloud-nhl-clusters to the requested mdb group for testing, validation, or production purposes. - Handling ad-hoc tasks as necessary to support operational throughput and contribute towards the overall program and service offerings.,
