Your responsibilities will include providing detailed information on visa requirements to clients, guiding them through the application process, reviewing and verifying documentation for accuracy and compliance, liaising with consulates and embassies, tracking application statuses, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our clients. The ideal candidate for this role should possess a graduate degree and be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with a knack for working with computers and digital tools. Previous customer service experience and a passion for travel and immigration are advantageous.
