About The Job We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Business Analyst with a strong background in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in handling complex regulatory and compliance-driven forms mapping or related ticketing systems. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance claims forms, risk assessments, and underwriting processes. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and mapping complex forms, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Requirement Analysis : Analyze incoming tickets and requests related to insurance forms, ensuring that business needs are captured comprehensively. Forms Mapping & Design : Perform in-depth forms mapping, ensuring that complex forms align with business and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders (e., underwriters, claims adjusters, legal, compliance) to clarify and document business needs, form workflows, and compliance requirements. Compliance & Standards : Ensure that all forms adhere to relevant insurance industry standards, legal and regulatory requirements (e., state-specific regulations, federal laws). Project Management : Manage and prioritize multiple tickets and projects, providing regular status updates to stakeholders. Documentation & Suppor t: Provide comprehensive documentation and ongoing support related to forms for business and operational teams. Continuous Improvement : Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance form efficiency and user experience. Qualifications Experience : 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Technical Skills Proven experience in forms mapping and design. Proficiency in business analysis tools for documenting and tracking requirements (e., Jira, Confluence). Strong understanding of insurance claims forms, risk assessments, and underwriting processes. Experience working with regulatory and compliance forms for underwriting. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (ref:hirist.tech),
