Role & Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients, pitching services. Understand customer needs, provide solutions, and close sales. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions. Follow up on sales leads and handle customer inquiries effectively. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, tele calling, or customer service. Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi. Ability to close sales and handle objections. Strong work ethic, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
