Job Description
As an Odorization Skids Service Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include the installation and commissioning of Odorization skids, as well as the preventive and predictive maintenance of these systems. You will be required to attend breakdown calls, conduct fault diagnosis to enhance repair quality, and minimize repeat incidents. Troubleshooting, corrective actions, and preventive maintenance of Odorization Systems at various CGS locations will be a crucial part of your role. Additionally, efficient management of spare parts, thorough documentation of service activities, and timely submission of reports are essential tasks to ensure customer satisfaction. To excel in this position, you should possess a Diploma or B.Tech. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic/Instrumentation engineering, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in CGDMetring System or Industrial/Commercial High-Pressure, Low-Pressure Gas Pipeline connections. Your proficiency in traveling, Odorization skids maintenance, and handling service visit vouchers will be critical for success in this role. While providing technical support to customers and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, you should be willing to travel within the state and other states to offer service support. Good communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving will be valuable assets in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
