Job Description
As a Frontend Technical Lead at IRIS Software, you will bring your 12+ years of experience to lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers. Your role will involve ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence within the team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing scalable and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Redux. Your expertise in JavaScript and JSON will be crucial as you write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while seamlessly integrating JSON-based APIs for data exchange. In addition, you will play a key role in implementing and maintaining unit and integration tests using Jest to guarantee high-quality, bug-free code. Conducting code reviews, optimizing application performance, and troubleshooting complex frontend issues will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration will be a cornerstone of your work as you closely engage with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver intuitive and seamless user experiences. You will define front-end architecture, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to modern development methodologies to drive the success of our projects. Participating in Agile/Scrum processes, sprint planning, and retrospectives will be essential to your role, ensuring efficient project delivery and continuous improvement.
