To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in web development, including at least 2 years of leadership experience. A passion for web development and expertise in creating dynamic websites using JS frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, and VueJS is essential. Hands-on experience with HTML5 and CSS3, as well as the ability to work independently and mentor junior team members, are also required. Strong English communication skills, particularly in a global software development environment, are important for effective collaboration.
