Job Title: Front Desk Executive Location: Kanakia International School Chembur Job Summary The Front Desk Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and students. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front office operations, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to the school staff. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist all visitors, students, and staff in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls and emails. Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges in compliance with school safety protocols. Provide accurate information regarding school policies, events, and schedules. Coordinate appointments and meetings for school administrators. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with student attendance records and communication to parents regarding absences or emergencies. Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area. Support administrative staff with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry. Handle minor student needs such as late slips or early dismissals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration or a related field is a plus. Proven experience in a front desk or customer-facing role, preferably in an educational setting. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable using school management systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure. Professional appearance and attitude.
