The Front Office Receptionist will be responsible for managing the reception area, handling incoming and outgoing calls with proper phone etiquette, greeting and assisting visitors, managing schedules, and ensuring a smooth operation of front office activities. Additional duties include maintaining office supplies, coordinating with various departments, and providing excellent customer service.
