Job Title: Front Office Manager Department: Front Office / Guest Services Reports To: General Manager or Hotel Manager Supervises: Front Desk Staff, Concierge, Bellboys, Night Auditors, Reservation Agents Job Summary: The Front Office Manager oversees all front office operations, ensuring a seamless and guest-centric experience from arrival to departure. They manage front desk personnel, handle guest complaints, optimize room occupancy, and coordinate with other departments to provide excellent service. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the front desk, reservations, concierge, and guest services. Ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and address any guest concerns. Train, schedule, and supervise front office staff to ensure high performance and professional conduct. Monitor room availability, occupancy, and revenue targets, working closely with the reservations team. Maintain excellent guest service standards and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally. Ensure accurate handling of billing, cashiering, and audit procedures. Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs. Prepare reports on occupancy, revenues, staff performance, and guest feedback. Enforce hotel policies, safety procedures, and service protocols. Lead by example in customer service and grooming standards.
