Job Description:
We are hiring a Front Office Executive to handle reception and front desk operations in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and prior experience in front office, receptionist, or hospitality roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the front desk and reception area professionally

Welcome visitors and handle guest check-ins/queries

Answer and direct incoming calls promptly

Handle customer complaints with a positive approach

Train and support reception, security, and call center staff

Schedule staff shifts

Maintain updated records of office expenses and supplies

Ensure office policies and security requirements are met

Take charge during nights or in the absence of the Front Office Manager
Desired Candidate Profile:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Previous experience in front office or hospitality preferred
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle complaints professionally
Basic knowledge of office administration and budgeting
