As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing incoming leads from various sources such as the website, social media, ads, cold calls, and emails. Your primary task will include making the initial contact with prospects through calls, emails, or chat. You will be required to provide basic information about our products or services to generate interest among potential customers. In addition, your role will involve coordinating and booking appointments between interested prospects and the sales/demo team. This is a full-time position with benefits including Provident Fund.
