Job Description

You will be working as a Front Office Executive in Valanjambalam, Kochi, responsible for creating a warm and professional environment for our customers and visitors. Your key responsibilities will include managing the front desk, maintaining visitor records, greeting and assisting clients with courtesy, answering phone calls, handling mail, and keeping the reception area organized and presentable. Additionally, you will schedule appointments, manage office supplies, and provide administrative support to other departments. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in any field along with strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You must be able to prioritize tasks effectively, possess problem-solving abilities, and have a customer-oriented mindset. Fluency in English, Malayalam, and at least one regional language is required. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar front office or customer-facing role, proficiency in basic computer usage and office equipment, and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is preferred. This is a full-time position that requires your physical presence at the workplace.
