Job Description

You will be responsible for following company policies and procedures, reporting accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to your manager, ensuring that your uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, and protecting company assets. Your role will involve welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guests" service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing genuine appreciation to guests. It will also require you to speak using clear and professional language, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette, develop and maintain positive working relationships, support your team in reaching common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of employees. You must comply with quality assurance standards, be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time, and move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Additionally, you may be requested to perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by your Supervisors. Qualifications preferred for this position include a High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent for education, no related work experience for related work experience, and no supervisory experience. There are no specific license or certifications required for this role.
