You will be responsible for following all company safety and security policies and procedures. It is important to report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe work conditions to your manager promptly. Additionally, you must adhere to all company policies and procedures, maintain a clean and professional appearance, and uphold the confidentiality of proprietary information while protecting company assets. Your duties will include welcoming and acknowledging all guests according to company standards, anticipating and addressing guest service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and expressing genuine appreciation to guests. Effective communication skills are essential; therefore, you should speak with others clearly and professionally and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with your colleagues is crucial. You will be expected to comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. The role may require standing, sitting, or walking for an extended period of time, as well as moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Moreover, you may be asked to perform other reasonable job duties as requested by your Supervisors.
