You are looking for a Front End Developer with 2 to 4 years of experience in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Shopify, Photoshop, and Figma. You should have a strong portfolio of design projects and a solid understanding of user-centered design and interaction design principles. Problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment. Your responsibilities will include determining the structure and design of web pages, ensuring a positive user experience, developing features to enhance user interaction, and optimizing website speed. You will also be involved in custom field implementation on the front end, converting PSD/Figma to HTML, assisting back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting, and optimizing CMS/Web Development Framework. The ability to quickly learn new technologies is crucial. This is a full-time position with benefits such as leave encashment, paid time off, and performance bonuses. The work schedule is a fixed day shift from Monday to Friday. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and a minimum of 2 years of front-end development experience and 1 year of experience in WordPress is required.
