We are currently looking for a Front End Tech Lead / SSE / LSE to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have a BE or MCA degree with at least 10+ years of overall experience, including 7+ years of relevant experience. The candidate should be technically proficient, capable of leading a team, and generating innovative ideas to enhance the team's technical capabilities. Key Responsibilities: - Strong expertise in web client development using React - Proficiency in CSS, Stencil JS, TypeScript, and web client design patterns - Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and web services - Familiarity with unit testing tools like Jest, React testing library, and Vite test runner - Preferred experience with .NET framework, C# technologies, and SQL Server database Essential Technical Skills: - Hands-on coding experience - Strong background in development projects - Ability to convert User Story/FRS into Low Level Design - Capability to perform code reviews and optimize application performance - Experience in Agile-based projects and code estimation - Proficient in ensuring the quality of deliverables and managing change control Essential Personal Skills: - Effective communication skills with stakeholders and team members - Responsible for team commitments and deliverables - Ability to handle pressure and remain calm in adverse situations - Leadership skills to guide and mentor team members - Collaboration with cross-functional teams for effective project execution Desirable Skills: - Back end skills including C#, ASP.NET, MedaitR/Rebus, and Entity Framework - Knowledge of Microservice design patterns and RESTful APIs - Experience in unit testing with xUnit If you are a proactive and technically skilled individual looking to lead a dynamic team and work on challenging projects, we welcome you to join NEC Software Solutions to contribute to our success and growth.,
