What Youll Do Convert Figma and design mockups into high-performance, responsive web interfaces. Build and maintain websites, landing pages, and lightweight web apps using modern front-end technologies. Develop and customize WordPress-based websites - from themes to page builders, ensuring design precision and scalability. Collaborate with designers, content creators, and backend developers to deliver pixel-perfect, brand-aligned digital experiences. Ensure smooth performance, fast load times, SEO readiness, and mobile-first responsiveness. Integrate APIs, analytics, and CMS tools as needed - from custom forms to marketing automation. Add micro-interactions, transitions, and smart UI behavior that enhances the user journey. Troubleshoot, test, and iterate constantly to improve usability and engagement across devices. What You Bring 45 years of hands-on front-end development experience. Strong command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with React, Vue, or similar frameworks. Experience integrating APIs and working with CMS platforms (like WordPress, Webflow, or headless CMS). An eye for detail and the discipline to ensure consistency, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. Understanding of performance optimization, SEO best practices, and clean code architecture. Bonus: Familiarity with GSAP, Framer Motion, or tools for motion-driven UI. Bonus Points If You. Have worked at an agency or creative tech company, juggling multiple timelines and brand guidelines.
