Job Description: We are seeking a talented and creative Front End Developer with a strong focus on UI/UX to join our team for an ERP development project. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, hands-on experience in front-end technologies, and a keen eye for clean, intuitive design. You will collaborate closely with our product, development, and marketing teams to deliver outstanding user experiences across both web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities: Design and implement engaging UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications. Translate design mockups into responsive, functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Collaborate with developers and product managers to define and refine user requirements. Conduct user research, usability testing, and collect feedback to improve the product experience. Ensure consistency in design and responsiveness across various platforms and devices. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and front-end technologies. Requirements: Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front End Developer, or similar role. Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS). Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus. Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
