Role & responsibilities Provide administrative support to all staff members, and attend to visitors to ensure excellent customer reception. Effectively communicate with employees, clients, and visitors to ensure a positive experience. Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, couriers and packages. Manage housekeeping staff and ensure clean, meticulous and organized facilities. Carry out any jobs related to administration, reception and sales coordination as assigned by the reporting managers Prepare PPTs, quotations, purchase orders and other documentation of inkjet division.
