Job Summary
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Front Desk Executive plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional environment. This role involves managing front office operations, handling inquiries related to interior design products or building materials, and supporting administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist walk-in clients, vendors, and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and route incoming calls related to product inquiries, orders, or appointments
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area showcasing product brochures and samples
- Coordinate appointments for design consultations or site visits
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier packages, and delivery logs
- Maintain inventory of front office supplies and promotional materials
- Support sales and design teams with basic administrative tasks
- Update client records and assist with data entry for CRM systems
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 12 years of experience in a front desk or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with interior design terminology or building material products is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
