(Only Female candidates are required)

 

Location: Andheri Sakinaka And BKC
Position : Front Desk executive
Time :9.30am-6.30pm
Working Days :- Monday to Saturday
(2nd and 4th Saturday off)

Job Description:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using EPABX/PBX phone systems.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing and photocopying.
- Manage facility staff.
