Main Board calls management (Incoming & outgoing) and transferring the same to concerned. Maintaining Inward & Outward Courier and Material registers. Maintain the Video Conference booking and its duration. General Administration General Housekeeping facility management. Issuing stationary materials to employees and keeping the records of the same. General co-ordination & correspondence. Calling vendors for follow-ups on services, billings, etc. Support in arranging for the Events and Gathering arrangements.
