We have an opening for Front Desk Cum Admin Executive

Proficiency in English communication is required
Graduation is mandatory


Working Day: Mon to Fri
Location: Marine lines

Job Description:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using EPABX/PBX phone systems.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
- Provide accurate information in person and via phone/email.
- Maintain updated records of office expenses and costs.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties, such as filing and photocopying.
- Assist HR with employee record-keeping and administrative work.
- Manage facility staff.
