We are hiring Front Desk cum Admin Executive for Vijay Nagar Location. Operations Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and enjoyable operation of a coworking space. They manage daily operations, maintain facilities, and foster a positive community. They also handle tasks like onboarding new members, managing invoices, and coordinating events. Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Responsibilities (50%): Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors professionally. Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them appropriately. Maintain the reception areas cleanliness, order, and professional appearance. Schedule and manage meeting rooms and visitor appointments. Handle courier and mail services (incoming and outgoing). Maintain office supplies, stationery, and inventory logs. Executive Assistant Responsibilities (50%): Provide administrative and clerical support to the Senior Management. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Record meeting minutes, follow up on action points, and manage daily priorities.
