As a Fresher Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for transforming marketing briefs into captivating visuals that enhance brand presence across social media, web, and print platforms. This on-site role provides hands-on mentoring and a clear growth path for design enthusiasts looking to excel in Adobe Illustrator. In this role, you will: - Create eye-catching static and motion graphics for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and email campaigns. - Develop vector illustrations, icons, and infographics using Adobe Illustrator while adhering to brand guidelines. - Assist senior designers with tasks like logo design, packaging mock-ups, and presentation decks. - Prepare print-ready files with correct bleed, resolution, and color management. - Collaborate with content, SEO, and video teams to ensure visual consistency across various campaigns. - Stay abreast of design trends and contribute fresh concepts during brainstorming sessions. Skills and qualifications required: - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, basic knowledge of Photoshop, and a strong portfolio of college or freelance work. - Understanding of color theory, layout, and typography. - Ability to work full-time from our Howrah studio. Preferred skills include exposure to After Effects or Premiere Pro, knowledge of social media dimensions, familiarity with Canva or Figma, and basic English copy-editing skills.
