We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Editor and Writer to join our team at ViralChilly. This position requires a strong command of language, excellent eye to detail, and the ability to manage and guide writers effectively. Key Responsibilities: Write and review content for grammar, punctuation, style, and clarity. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and tone. Write and assign topics to writers and provide clear guidelines for each project. Review writers submissions to ensure quality and compliance with requirements. Identify and hire talented writers to expand the team. Train new hires on content creation standards, tools, and workflows. Provide constructive feedback and mentoring to improve team performance.
