You are a passionate and experienced French Language Teacher who will be responsible for teaching French language courses to students at AVES School of Arts Pvt Ltd in Ernakulam, Kerala. Your role involves fostering a dynamic and engaging learning environment, helping students develop proficiency in spoken and written French, and ensuring educational excellence. You will plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality French language lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards. Your engaging lesson plans will cater to different learning styles and abilities, utilizing innovative teaching methods and materials such as multimedia resources, real-life scenarios, and interactive activities. Assessing students" progress through quizzes, assignments, and examinations, you will provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records of student progress. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment, you will manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere. Your role also involves introducing students to French culture, history, and traditions through language instruction, organizing cultural activities like film screenings and cooking classes. Staying current with teaching methods and educational trends, you will collaborate with other Language Arts teachers, participate in professional development workshops, and share best practices. To qualify for this role, you need a Bachelor's degree in French, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree or teaching certification in French language education is preferred. Proven experience in teaching French at the specified education level, native or near-native proficiency in French, strong pedagogical skills, and in-depth cultural knowledge are required. Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools is also necessary. Key competencies include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, creativity, enthusiasm for teaching, ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse student needs, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
