Job Title: Freelance HR Recruiter

We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring initiatives on a per-joining basis. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for professionals with a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for connecting top talent with the right roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

• Source potential candidates using a variety of channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

• Provide timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate records and track recruitment progress and metrics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or remote role.

• Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, job boards).

• Ability to manage multiple positions and work independently.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

• HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
