Job Title: Freelance HR Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced and self-driven Freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring initiatives on a per-joining basis. This is a fully remote opportunity ideal for professionals with a strong background in talent acquisition and a passion for connecting top talent with the right roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source potential candidates using a variety of channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.

Provide timely feedback and recommendations to hiring managers throughout the selection process.

Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records and track recruitment progress and metrics.
Requirements:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a freelance or remote role.

Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in sourcing techniques and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn, job boards).

Ability to manage multiple positions and work independently.

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
