As a Post-Production Artist at Pocket Entertainment, you will play a crucial role in transforming draft images into visually captivating webcomic episodes. Your responsibilities will include arranging images into a compelling narrative, making design decisions to enhance storytelling, refining character details, and ensuring visual consistency across episodes. Your expertise in Adobe Photoshop or similar tools, eye for composition, and collaborative mindset will be essential in creating high-quality content under tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: - Layout & Flow: Arrange base images into a visually engaging narrative tailored for the Webtoon format - Composition & Design: Make framing and pacing decisions to enhance emotional beats - Visual Enhancement: Refine character details, add backgrounds, and enhance visual storytelling elements - Polish & Finalization: Apply effects and color correction to match tone and mood standards - Consistency & Continuity: Maintain a unified art style and visual coherence across episodes - File Delivery: Organize and export production-ready assets and respond to feedback efficiently Skill Sets Required: - Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or similar digital illustration tools - Strong eye for composition, visual storytelling, and panel flow - Understanding of anatomy, posing, and perspective in sequential art - Experience with Webtoon/comic production pipelines or visual storytelling - Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and work under tight deadlines - Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and independence Bonus Skills: - Experience in narrative content creation - Background in animation, concept art, or cinematic storytelling If you are passionate about blending art with narrative and enjoy transforming draft artwork into emotionally impactful webcomic episodes, we invite you to join our creative team at Pocket Entertainment.,
