Job Description

We are currently seeking researchers, retired researchers, and former researchers to conduct peer reviews for journals and publishers. As a reviewer, you will be expected to disclose your full name and affiliations with the publishers. To be considered for this role, you must hold a Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent advanced degree in one of the specialized subject areas such as Education, Sociology, Psychology, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or Mental Health. Additionally, you should have at least two publications in the last two years within your subject area and a minimum of 8 publications overall in the last 10 years, primarily in English. A thorough understanding of research methodologies and ethical principles within your discipline is essential, along with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills. Your responsibilities will include assessing the novelty of manuscripts, evaluating study design and methodology, conducting literature reviews, analyzing results and conclusions, and providing constructive feedback to authors. Your recommendations will play a crucial role in the journal editor's decision on whether a manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected. This position offers flexibility as you can work remotely from any location and manage your own work hours as long as you meet deadlines. You are also free to take on additional work outside of our organization.
