Company Description Riverwood Projects is a new-age real estate company with a clear vision to become one of Indias leading developers. We are currently launching a landmark 25-acre plotted township in Sector 7, Kharkhauda next to IMT industrial zone , a 50 acre township in Rohtak and another 7 acre ddjay township in Kharkhauda Role Description This is role for freelance landscapist at Riverwood Projects located in Gurugram. The landscapist will be responsible for designing, planning, and maintaining outdoor spaces, including gardens, parks, and common areas. Daily tasks may include planting, watering, pruning, and landscape maintenance to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the properties. About the Project: Riverwood Estate is a 25-acre township with 15+ internal roads, green belts, entry gate, and clubhouse area designed with a focus on premium yet earthy aesthetics. The township will cater to industrial executives and families moving to the upcoming IMT Kharkhauda area. Scope of Work: Conceptual landscape design for entry road, main boulevard, internal parks, and key corners Selection of trees, shrubs, and plantation mix keeping maintenance practical Design of hardscaping pathways, benches, lighting, fencing where required Preparation of planting plans and BOQs On-site visits for supervision during execution Coordination with civil & maintenance team for implementation Profile Requirements: Experience with plotted colonies, townships, or group housing projects Strong design sense for premium but practical landscaping Familiarity with local soil, climate, and plant species (Kharkhauda/Sonipat region preferred) Should be available for site visits during key phases 5+ years of experience preferred,
