As a Trainer (Freelance/Part-Time), you will have the opportunity to empower school students and teachers by enhancing their creative skills through hands-on training sessions. The training program, in collaboration with our client, aims to guide participants in creating projects using various features like text-to-image and other design tools. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive sessions, both online and in-person, to ensure that the participants are comfortable with the platform and can successfully complete their projects. Your commitment will involve conducting training sessions every day during school hours for a period of one to two months. You will play a crucial role in assessing the learning outcomes, providing step-by-step instructions, and maintaining effective communication with school points of contact and the program management team. It is essential to have excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to teach and guide school students and teachers effectively. Additionally, you should have basic proficiency in Excel for managing attendance and reporting purposes. Your willingness to travel for in-person sessions is also required.
