As a Freelance Corporate Trainer, your role will be contractual and based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. Your key responsibilities will include delivering training programs and workshops aimed at preparing graduates for roles in clinical research. This on-site position entails designing and executing training sessions, evaluating participants" progress, and furnishing constructive feedback to nurture their professional growth. To excel in this role, you should possess a background in Corporate Training, Instructional Design, and Curriculum Development. Furthermore, familiarity with Clinical Research, the Pharmaceutical Industry, and Lifesciences is essential. Effective presentation and communication skills are paramount, alongside the ability to captivate and inspire learners. Strong organizational and time management capabilities are also crucial, as is experience in mentoring or coaching students or professionals. Holding relevant certifications in Training or Clinical Research would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy, Lifesciences, Medicine, or a related discipline is preferred.,
