Flexing It is a freelance consulting marketplace that connects freelancers and independent consultants with organisations seeking independent talent. Our client, the world's largest producer of plastic water tanks, is looking to engage with a Brand Manager Consultant. As a Brand Manager Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen the market position. You will conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, using the insights to refine brand positioning. Additionally, you will plan, co-ordinate, and oversee category/product projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply chain, services teams, etc., to launch, establish, and scale up products/services will be a key aspect of the role. Moreover, you will be analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing regular reports to management, making data-driven recommendations for future initiatives. Conducting market research to understand consumer needs, competitor offerings, and market trends will be crucial in defining the product's positioning, value proposition, and target audience. Setting clear objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the launch will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must have a passion for marketing and a good understanding of the building materials industry. A proven track record of successful initiatives and marketing project management is essential. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence in the Indian market. Proficiency in conducting and analyzing market research to understand consumer behavior, market conditions, and the competitive landscape is required. A deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to tailor branding strategies accordingly will also be beneficial for this position.,
