Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Franchise Coordinator with a strong understanding of accounts to join Anderson Diagnosis and Laboratory Services. This role will serve as the primary liaison between the head office and franchise partners, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with company standards, and accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for franchise partners regarding operational and financial matters. Assist in onboarding new franchises, including documentation, training coordination, and compliance checks. Monitor franchise performance metrics and provide regular updates to the management team. Maintain accurate records of franchise agreements, renewals, and communications. Support day-to-day accounting tasks including billing, invoice verification, petty cash management, and monthly reconciliation. Assist in generating MIS reports, financial summaries, and dashboards for internal review. Ensure franchises adhere to company policies, SOPs, and branding standards Resolve franchise-related issues efficiently and escalate where necessary.
