Job Purpose :The Franchise Acquisition Manager is responsible for driving the expansion of Footprints Preschool by identifying, engaging, and onboarding potential franchise partners. This role involves providing comprehensive support in understanding the franchise model, facilitating discussions, and coordinating the end-to-end franchise acquisition and development process. Job Description :Key Responsibilities: 1. Franchise Acquisition & Business Development Identify and qualify potential franchise partners through lead generation strategies. Conduct presentations, meetings, and discussions to explain the Footprints franchise model, investment requirements, and operational framework. Guide franchise prospects through the decision-making process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to signing. 2. Franchise Support & Facilitation Provide detailed insights into the franchise model, including financials, return on investment (ROI), and operational guidelines. Assist franchisees with understanding legal agreements, compliance requirements, and business expectations. 3. Coordination & Relationship Management Act as a single point of contact for prospective franchisees and address queries effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure long-term success. 4. Market Research & Strategic Growth Planning Analyse market trends, competitor landscape, and demand in various locations to identify high-potential franchise opportunities. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making for franchise expansion. Minimum Education :Graduate B.A. / BBA / B.sc /B. Com/B tech Skills :Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Sales, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or a related field. Strong understanding of franchise business models, Returns, and financial structures. Excellent communication, enrolment, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and drive results in a target-driven environment.
