Job Description
You will be responsible for conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic initiatives. This includes evaluating the financial performance of business units, identifying areas for optimization, and assisting in the preparation of financial models and business cases for investment proposals. Additionally, you will assist in developing annual operating budgets and forecasts. This involves collaborating with departmental managers to gather budget inputs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, analyzing budget variances, and providing recommendations for corrective actions. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Furthermore, you will analyze financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Participating in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Management Information Systems (MIS) will also be part of your responsibilities. You will ensure that MIS systems accurately capture relevant financial and operational data and provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness of these systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for financial analysis is essential. You will communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely, building strong relationships to facilitate collaboration and alignment on financial goals.,
