You will be joining Jagdambay Furnaces Pvt. Ltd. as a Foundry Manager at our leading foundry located in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, India. With a specialization in manufacturing tractor parts, agricultural machinery parts, counterweights, and industrial castings, we have garnered three decades of experience integrating best practices into our business operations. As the Foundry Manager, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing casting processes, ensuring process integration, and upholding high standards of metallurgy and metal casting. Leading a team, maintaining safety protocols, and optimizing production efficiency without compromising quality will also be integral aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should possess experience in Foundry Management and Managing Casting Processes, along with skills in Process Integration and Metal Casting. A sound knowledge of Metallurgy and Casting Techniques, coupled with strong leadership and team management capabilities, will be essential. Your excellent analytical and problem-solving skills will further contribute to your success in this role. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Any prior experience in the foundry or metal casting industry will be considered advantageous in this position.,
