Join as the Founding Customer Success Leader Work closely with the CEO to influence a high growth SaaS firm About Our Client Our client is a Y-Combinator-backed, high growth SaaS firm focused on the US market Job Description Lead upselling and cross-selling to grow account value Manage end-to-end client relationships and coordination Identify and close new business opportunities within existing accounts Oversee pilot implementations with a focus on maintaining a 100% success rate Create and execute strategic account growth plans Drive revenue through consultative selling and tailored solutions Monitor performance against sales targets and optimize accordingly Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Solutions) to develop client-specific offerings The Successful Applicant 4 to 5 years of experience in sales, customer relationship management, or account management. Strong background in SaaS, or AI-driven business solutions. Proven track record in closing deals, managing complex sales cycles, and exceeding revenue targets.
