As a Founders Office Intern at CreativeHooks, located in New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in assisting the founder in various aspects of the business. CreativeHooks is a performance-driven User-Generated Content (UGC) agency collaborating with leading D2C brands such as Cipla, Fytika, Sandook Sutra, Smart Veda, and Goodcare. We specialize in creating high-converting UGC ads that constantly push creative boundaries. Your responsibilities will be diverse and challenging, encompassing tasks such as market research to identify trends and opportunities within the D2C and creative sectors, contributing to the expansion of services and brand verticals, assisting in sales and client acquisition processes, managing projects to ensure timely delivery, scouting and onboarding top UGC creators and actors, participating in the development of creative strategies for ad campaigns, overseeing the production of UGC ads, understanding P&L and budget management, coordinating shoot logistics, ensuring client satisfaction, and more. This internship is ideal for individuals aspiring to build a career in creative agencies, content production, or brand strategy. If you enjoy seamlessly transitioning between strategic planning and hands-on execution, possess excellent organizational skills, remain proactive and composed under pressure, think outside the box, and have strong communication abilities, this opportunity is tailored for you.
